Do you have photos you'd like to submit?
Submissions for the 4Him Photo Collection are gratefully accepted.
However, this does not mean we're giving you
permission to take photos at concerts. Some shows you can bring cameras
to, and some you cannot. Please check with event staff before you bring
your camera to the doors. Flash photography can be disruptive to the
performers on stage, therefore we encourage non-flash photography when
able.
If you own a digital camera or flatbed scanner and
all you've got is a digital copy, we'll accept it. If you have a few
photos that you'd like to send to us, we have a few things for you to
consider before you put that stamp on the envelope.
Photo Quality: We look for photos
that came out well, are sharp looking, well-lit, not too distant, and
reasonably sized. If you're not sure about the quality of your photos,
take a look at what we've currently got and compare. If you'd like some
tips on concert photography,

Uniqueness: If we've already got
10-15 photos from the show you went to, we might not use yours. It's not
that we won't like them, but the bottom line is we need to be able to
have a good variety of photos. By the same token, if you send us 10
photos, we may not post all 10. This will give others who were present
an opportunity to have their photos also posted.
Property: All submissions become
property of 4Him and/or their management group. We also cannot
compensate you for the photos or any expenses incurred in the film
purchase, processing, USPS fees, etc. However, know that there is
sincere appreciation by all involved that you submitted your photograph
to the web site.
Identify it!: After reading all this
you feel you still wish to submit your photos, please follow these
simple steps in identifying them. Simply include this message in a text
file with your photos.
1 - Your name
2 - Your E-mail address
3 - The date and location of the concerts
4 - If the event had a special name (or occasion)
5 - The names of any non-4Him people in the photo
The above information should be included in your
e-mail message. Also, please label each file with the date and number of
the photo. An example of this is if the concert was on February 4, 2003
and you had 3 photos your were sending in, you would name the files
02040301.jpg, 02040302.jpg and 020403003.jpg. (020403 is the month, day
and year - 001, 002 and 003 is the picture number). It is preferable
that you "zip" photos that are more than 2 in quantity. If you
snail mail a CD with your photos, please include the above information
on either a txt file or on a sheet of paper. We cannot post photos
which does not include the above information.
Please note -
your electronic photo must be at a minimum 600 pixels wide.
Once you got all that down, and you STILL want to
send them in Email your photos to:
